Made to Order Every item in our store is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Regional Fulfillment Orders are fulfilled regionally:

Canadian orders are printed and shipped by our Canadian supplier.

US orders are printed and shipped by our US supplier. Returns are processed only within the region they were fulfilled. Cross‑border returns are not permitted.
Refunds Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Final Sale Items Clearance, discounted, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
