Order Process All products are made to order. When you place an order, it is sent directly to our regional supplier for printing and fulfillment. Orders cannot be modified once production has begun.

Regional Fulfillment

  • Canadian orders are fulfilled by our Canadian supplier.

  • US orders are fulfilled by our US supplier. Orders are shipped only within their respective regions. Cross‑border shipping is not available.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier.

  • Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non‑refundable.

Returns & Refunds Please refer to our [Return Policy] for details. In summary:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for size, color, or change of mind.

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for Canadian customers and US Dollars (USD) for US customers.

  • Taxes are applied according to regional laws (GST/HST in Canada, state sales tax in the US).

  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other supported gateways.

Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
